Dear Monkey Sue Fam,

 

Given the current climate in our society, Monkey Sue's main priority is the health of our family, team, and customers. We are enforcing a FINAL SALE POLICY in response to the COVID-19 pandemic until further notice. Though we are doing our part on our end to make sure packages get sent out to customers by our healthy team safely and sanitary, we can't ensure that customers returning/exchanging items are doing the same which could ultimately put us all at risk. 

 

We want to thank you all for your understanding and continued support during these challenging times and pray that everyone stays safe and healthy.

 All sales are final. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! 
If you need an adjustment in size, email us at monkeysueinc@gmail.com.  If your product is damaged upon arrival or breaks within the first 7 days, we will replace it at no cost.  Items must be in their original condition.  Damaged items must be sent back to us with all stones/charms present before we approve a replacement piece.  Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer's responsibility.  Products should be sent back in its original box with receipt, padding, or envelope with padded protection.   Send us an email for more information about our policy.

All Custom orders require a 50% deposit.  No refunds or exchange on custom items.  You will receive your product once the balance is paid in full.
